Hi there :-)  I’m a 24 year old law graduate from Melbourne, Australia. I recently finished studying and went on a wonderful trip through Europe and the US. I’m now home, exercising some post-travel damage control and getting ready for the next big phase of my life – full time work. I begin at a law firm in February and in the meantime, am busy looking for an apartment to move into and am doing some odd jobs to pass the time.

I started this blog because I love reading other peoples’ blogs and I hope maybe a few people might enjoy mine too. I’m a bit of an exercise nut and have a real interest in nutrition.  I try to eat as well and as ‘clean’ as possible, while still having fun with food and trying new things. Everything in moderation (so chocolate is totally ok..!)

I try to keep active - I’m a big fan of running and pretty much doing anything I can outdoors. Exercise is the only thing that really calms me, and stop my mind racing a mile a minute. It’s like a form of therapy. I’m lucky enough to live in a really beautiful part of the world and try to spend as much time as I can enjoying it.

Apart from running, I attend a fantastic local gym. I have a great trainer who I see twice a week to do strength work, and a fit and enthusiastic group of friends who I’ve met through the various activites and challenges organised. Some of my favourite classes include a Saturday morning running group and boxing.

So that is pretty much me! Any questions or comments, feel free to email me on ashleyhlaw@gmail.com.

Hi Leah! I’m glad you have fond memories of Australia! It’s lovely to hear :-) I’m going to travel through Poland (visiting family), spend a week in Paris and a couple of weeks in London. Then I’m heading to the US, and spending time in California and New York. If you have any good advice on where is good to go, let me know!!
