My philosophy on food is a product of how I raised – I view proper nutrition as the key to living a long, healthy life. I am lucky enough to have come from a family who enjoys food and eats very healthfully. Both my mum and dad are amazing cooks with a talent for producing hearty, traditional Polish meals as well as creative, modern food. The most important thing my parents have taught me is to eat a variety of foods and to eat well. While I try to stay away from processed foods, preferring whole, natural foods, I still believe in indulging occasionally (in chocolate)!
